Trouble sending and revalidating Google Authenticator

Feels like I have the worst look. First I had trouble like everyone else this weekend sending bitcoins. Since I thought it was my Google Authenticator, I had cleared data on it and am now having problems reconnecting to my bitcoin address because it keeps saying failure to read Qr code. I would really love a member of the support team to help me with this problem and provide me information for the picture below
