Empty wallet

Hi there!

Few hours ago I have received email from bitcoin.com that I have received new payment 0.01BTC, which I have sent via VirWox.
When I open my Bitcoin.com App my personal wallet is empty - 0.00 BTC
When I click on "Personal Wallet" there is transaction history and shown 0.01 BTC
Do I need to add new wallet - "Import wallet"???

Hello Birkmanauts, try scanning your addresses open your bitcoin.com wallet go to settings> personal wallet > more options > wallet addresses and click scan for funds

Please follow the instructions given by Chris above, if you still do not see the funds please provide the transaction ID and we can look into it further for you.
