New at Bitcoin / Need technical support

Hello,
On April 13, 2017, I was receiving bitcoin funds in a blockchain wallet from a merchant and things got complicated. The merchant confirmed my funds had been deposited but I could not opened my wallet. Later, in dealing with blockchain, they told me my funds were not in my wallet as they had been resent to a new bitcoin address.

I need assistance in retrieving my funds from this new bitcoin address provided and also confirmed by my merchant. I have already discussed this transaction over the phone with my merchant and they sent me an email with the bitcoin address where my funds are located at.

I have been emailing blockchain these past 2 weeks and they have been very responsive to my correspondence. Finally, as I stated above, I confirmed that my money is sitting in a new bitcoin address which is the address I used to register on your website today.

Please HELP me! I need to place these funds into my current blockchain wallet or open a new wallet if you so advised.

hello can you give more details about its , what merchant , where the funds deposit and what new address they give to you(WHO GIVE YOU NEW ADDRESS BLOCKCHAIN OR WHAT WEBSITE YOU REGISTER TODAY)

i dont know what is the problem and did you already contact the website that you register ttodays ??
where the funds address and where come from ??
