Paid but not confirmed my order

Hi Team,

I have placed an order on ecigexpress and used the bitcoin address to buy through and I did that using my credit card and the payment was successful, however I did not receive an order confirmation nor my money was refund. I lost USD.160.37 and no one helped me out. can you please sort this out.

Unfortunately bitcoin.com has no interests in ecigexpress as far as i know so you will have to take it up with their support directly.

Bitcoin.com is just a domain name and here to help people with bitcoin related questions along with our many other services available, we cannot reverse transactions nor can anyone.

Hi. Bitcoin has no owner, organization, or company. Bitcoin is not like Skrill or Paypal.
