How long ago was the purchase made?
Can you show us the address you entered to receive the coins to?

You received 0.75btc in your account on the day of your original post here, were these not the coins you were expecting?
Those coins have since been moved to another address.

Since this is the only transaction associated with that address i assume they are the coins you purchased, is that not the case?

There are multiple vendors on buy.bitcoin.com, which one did you use? You may want to contact their support.

Yoy definitely received it (if thats the right amount). And it looks like you sent/transferred it on another wallet hence you currently having no balance.
