"blockchain_com" wallet and Coinomi BCH/BSV splitting tool problem

I have a problem after splitting the BCH from the BSV, I did not have funds on my BCH wallet in application from "blockchain_com". I wanted to split these coins in December 2018 by sending to Coinomi wallet, after which BSV appeared in the wallet, and BCH remained invisible. I want to find out why the reverse transaction when returning BCH was sent to a different address and is in unspent status.

I made a transaction to Coinomi splitting tool and it included an input from that address of a tiny amount of 0.000000546bch. Coinomi splitting tool sent the funds back to that address which must be part of my "blockchain_com" wallet.

I have a seed phrase and I tried to enter different derivaton paths, but address "...gaawz" was not found. What derivation path must be entered in iancoleman tool to find this address?
