I made a wire transfer on 7th of January 2020 for purchasing 150 THS on pool.bitcoin.com
As of today (after almost 7 weeks), I havent received any THS on my account nor has my money been returned on my bank account.
Experience with contacting pool@bitcoin.com has been mostly "we appreciate your patience" for the first month but now they have stopped replying (especially after I sent them complete payment trace info last week). I was wondering if anybody else has had that kind of experience with wire transfers?
