In June 2019, by mistake, sent BCH to the BTC address of the CEXIO exchange.
Since that time I can’t get my BCH back in any way, the technical support of the exchange constantly answers that I need to wait for an update of the BCH network which is not planned.
I found information describing recovery options in the presence of a public key, which the exchange refuses to transfer to me.
Maybe there are people who faced a similar problem and could find a solution?
