Problems Mining

Hello,

I have run my machine overnight and when I look at my bitcoin.com account, I see my hashrate is 0 and my worker does not show up.

I am using the following configuration:

Pool:
stratum+tcp://connect.pool.bitcoin.com:3333

Worker:
username.01

Password:
any

I can see that my machine is connected to the pool. Are you able to see my machine as connected? I have no CGMiner API log error.

We will need to know you username, and also what miners you are using.
