Purchased bitcoin but my ID is invalid how do I get my money back

Hi just tried setting up bitcoin this morning long stories short I brought $50 worth of bitcoin, it has left my bank. But my ID is invalid so there's no way of getting this currency how do I get my money back.

You can lookup your bitcoin address on a block explorer. Example:

BCH: explorer.bitcoin.com/bch/address/bitcoincash:qqz6j0xy6xm9eknpsrj0mmrwan5wr6485vdq7eleml

BTC: explorer.bitcoin.com/btc/address/1Ww7n9KsvHuhfqSEDpGG4W5U7qMGXofiH (same address, just encoded differently)

No transactions yet for BCH or BTC.

Where did you attempt to purchase the bitcoins at?
