Send money to an old address associated to wallet

I sent a transaction to an old address associated with my bitcoin.com phone wallet. I'm seeing on blockchair that the transaction is sitting unspent on the old address. Is there any way to recover? I followed the instructions to scan all addresses for balance. Showed as transaction received, but didn't add balance to my wallet? Still showing as unspent transaction on blockchair? Do I need to wait a certain amount of confirmations for the balance to be added to my wallet? Address used is: qrck84m3nqukd67k4whx3yhxyc3typfaz5whzhmz67 Thanks so much for your help!

Are you sure this address is from the same wallet? Do you have more than one BCH wallet within your Bitcoin.com wallet app?

You state that, "...Showed as transaction received, but didn't add balance to my wallet?..." Is this transaction showing up within your wallet, or are you only seeing it on the block explorer? (your link to blockchiar.com explorer).

Also, have you tried BOTH of the following:

(1) Select your BCH wallet -> Tap on the settings cog in the top right of your screen -> More Options -> Transaction History -> Clear cache This clears the cache and synchronizes your transaction history from the server.

(2) Select your BCH wallet -> Tap on the settings cog in the top right of the screen -> More Options -> Wallet Addresses -> Tap 'Unused Addresses' 20 times or until you see the message "Empty addresses limit reached", then tap 'Scan addresses for funds'

Please confirm that you've tried both.

There are 2 wallets on my app, but I'm certain that this is the correct one. I followed all steps. Addresses didn't max out, but the received transaction showed up when I scanned addresses. However it didn't add the latest transaction to my account total?

This is what is showing as account on blockchair:

Total unspent (balance) 0.24900000BCH 114.00USDtoday
