Transaction Difficulties

Hi- I'm a new bitcoin purchaser and I use a bitcoin.com wallet. I bought bitcoins and they were transferred to my nominated wallet, then automatically transferred out. Why is this. Looking back on my transactions I see that more has gone missing too. Yoooo please help

Please let the support team know where you purchased bitcoins from, and what address you requested these funds be sent to. Please also specify if you purchased BCH or BTC.
