laptop mining

Mon Apr 02, 2018 4:35 pm

is there any way to track down a program running on my laptop that is mining currently. i have lost all info that was stored on another machine and now left with this laptop that is currently mining. It is some program that gives pokes chip sound during the operation. It is some type of hybrid browser mining.

I just can't remember the name of the site i was mining with but they were the first back around 2010 to do browser mining. I think i bought the origional coins from the man and woman that were the first in the business at .79 per coin. what were there names?

here is the only clues i can remember right now

if i could just ask one more question if you have the time.
I think they were among the first browser mining around or before 2013 and never had to have full blockchain on pc
i believe that the program may be labeled apple on my pc.
i remember having the option to get notification sound when coin is mined and it sounds like poker chips
i think the site kept the keys in the meta data of a unique page for each user
i had to use drivers license to purchase
originally around 2010 or so they sold 100$ blocks of coins were around .79
they had one of the first 2 or 3 minute sales pitch that was advertising ground floor and million dollars for the investment over 10 yrs or so and was among first to feature "satoshi"
i think they were among first to browser mine
