Binance is a new Cryptocurrency Exchange created in 2017. You can trade a lot of different Alt-coins with Bitcoin or Ethereum. You will have to send Bitcoin or Ethereum to Binance, to start trading it for other Altcoins. You can also trade a few currencies to Tether (USDT).To register in Binance, just look for "Register" on the top right of your page. Click on it, and fill your E-mail, choose a password and do the "Click to pass". You will have to verify your account by clicking on the link sent to your E-mail, it can take a few minutes to arrive.To desposit some Cryptocurrency and start to trade, click on "Funds" on the top of the page, and then of "Deposits Withdrawals". You can write Bitcoin or any other currency you want to deposit in the search bar, and then click on the "Deposit" button on the right side to get your address to deposit.To trade, click on "Exchange" on the top left, and then choose between Basic and Advanced (I recommend Basic if you are new to cryptocurrency and trading)

Cryptopia is a good cryptocurrency exchange based in New-Zealand. It have lots of different alt-coins and is a good place to find cheap cryptos before they become popular.
To Register in Cryptopia, you will need to choose a Username, E-mail, Password and a Pin Code. You will need to click on a confirmation link on your e-mail address as usual.
Once you have done that, you can find the markets by going on the top left on "Exchange" and then "Markets". You can find your wallets by going on the Bitcoin Sign on the top right and then on "Wallets". You will find a little sign to Deposit or Withdrawal on the left side of every currencyand you can search for a specific one on the top right of the page.

Bit-z is quite under radar right now ! Huge trading volume on some coins only traded there, 0.1 fee, and a huge referral program !
