Bitrootz ICO Review- Is it a Scam?

Mon Nov 13, 2017 4:34 pm

The Bitrootz ICO has just started and has already sold 600k coins.

What is Bitrootz?

They're launching a new decentralized cryptocurrency that can be used to make payment for goods and services from participating retailers. The main aspect of the platform that will interest investors however is their lending platform, which promises to pay investors up to 45% interest per month.

The rise of cryptocurrency and ICOs

This year has seen the cryptocurrency market grow like never before, the total market cap is now over $200 billion. Bitcoin still leads the way and is now valued at around $7,000. However many other altcoins have attracted attention and quickly gained price. Among the rise has been the gain in popularity of ICOs. An initial coin offering allows start ups and projects to raise funds in return for selling their coins or tokens. Many now view this as a better way of funding over more traditional methods.

Lending platforms

Many new industries have entered cryptocurrency. One of the most succesful so far has been lending platforms. Bitconnect started the trend, after selling their coins through an ICO for just 50 cents, they're now worth nearly $300 per coin, giving investors a return of nearly 600x.
Many new lending platform ICOs have started recently, with investors hoping for similar types of return.

How does Bitrootz pay such high interest?

The new platform claims to have a trading bot that trades based on the volatility of bitcoin. To gain additional funds to use trading the markets they offer investors a high interest rate. The amount you're paid in interest depends upon the volatility of bitcoin, normally it's around 1% per day with additional bonuses for large investors.

Bitrootz lending platform

They plan to offer 4 different investment plans depending on how much you're willing to lend:

[*] $100-$1,000: You'll receive the volatility interest which should be around 1% per day. Your capital is returned after 240 days.
[*] $1,010-$5,000: You'll receive the volatility interest with an additional bonus of 0.1% per day. Your capital is returned after 210 days.
[*] $5,010-$10,000: You'll receive the volatility interest with an additional bonus of 0.2%. Your capital is returned after 180 days.
[*] $10,010-$100,000: You'll receive the volatility interest with an additional bonus of 0.25%. Your capital is returned after just 120 days.

Additional ways to earn

Aside from the lending platform, they also plan to offer 2 additional ways for investors to earn with them:

[*] Mining: Mining is the process that helps to secure the blockchain and processes transactions. You can mine with your PC or with GPUs. The amount you earn depends upon your computing power.
[*] Staking: Staking involves holding on to your coins in a wallet for a set time. Initially the interest offered will be 10% per month.

Referral Program

As with many of the lending platforms and companies in general, Bitrootz offers users the chance to make money by bringing other users on to the platform. They offer 7% interest on level 1 sign ups with additional bonuses down to level 5.

ICO Details

There's a total of 15 million coins available for sale during the ICO. The price is currently set at $0.8, however it slowly rises as more coins are sold.

Conclusion

Lending platform ICOs are high risk. However I view them as a good calculated risk, investments made early into Bitconnect and the more recent lending platforms have seen me make a minimum of 10x profits each time. Please don't invest more than you can afford to lose however. Signing up with my link below will give you instant access to the website:
