I have been a user of casino.bitcoin.com for a few months now and never had any problems, withdrawal were fast (most of the time instant) and my overall experience was great... until Tuesday.

On tuesday I sent a 0.05 btc deposit to my deposit address (which has been the same since day 1) and logged into casino.bitcoin.com and noticed no games were available on the main page. http://imgur.com/X0FcsfH

Open logging into my profile, I noticed my deposit was credited but I wasen't able to withdraw it. http://imgur.com/kI8kevV

I contacted support, which suggested me to update flash (up to date already) and java. I told them they were both up to date, tried 3 different browsers on my main computer, tried safari and chrome on mobile from my cell phones and my work cell phones. They requested screenshots which I provided to their support email and they are now ignoring me. Chat agents either stop answering me, or ask me to wait for the manager...

Today their website states that the casino is closing and user should withdraw their balance, but they don't allow withdrawal!

This gives me a VERY bad feeling about anything involving bitcoin.com

This probably should have been posted in gambling section as a question, if it was to then go unanswered then it could be escalated to a scam accusation.

The live support in the casino is not run by bitcoin.com but i believes comes from one of the game providers like SoftSwift, they should be able to tell from what casino the support request is coming from and probably should have know that casino.bitcoin.com has closed for business.

I'm sure Roger will follow up on your funds for you, did you receive the email that was sent out announcing the closure of casino.bitcoin.com?
