Hi.... i have a problem with this wallet. I readed post in internet and people had the same problem in the past.


Sat Mar 26 11:12:24 2016 my friend transfered to me bitcoins... in blockchain transaction had over 20 confirms, but bitcoins still wasnt added to my account

i made support ticked and they said they will fix it.... but they didnt, and no more answer

then i looked at blockchain and someone witchdrawed my bitcoins to other adress....

i made another ticked and they said:

no coins have been stolen. Unfortunately we are having significant issues with our backend wallet provider at the moment.

We are working on a large backlog of transactions at the moment, and we'll update you as soon as the problem has been fixed.

but they still dont wanna give me back my bitcoins, they dont contact me anymore... i found many post where people say they are selective scammers. Is that true? what can i do???

i have all screenshots from my account and with conversation with them, i can post it

i highly doubt that coinapult is a scam service. it is a trusted party in the bitcoin ecosystem. you should sent a mail, explain your problem in all details without accusations and wait some days.
