BTC-X.IS is scam

Hi,
i send about 50 euro in btc to their wallet and request exchange it with bank transfer euro,
i request at 10-21-2016 17:03.
today is 11-1-2016
after 10 day i have not receive any money .and they do not answer to my question in chat and support.

Can you post chat logs? I find it difficult to believe they wouldn't respond to such a weighty accusation in their chat at a very minimum.
