Indian bitcoin community went to Court Over Bank Ban

Company behind upcoming cryptocurrency exchange coin recoil "Kali Digital Eco-Systems" has appealed to High Court of India in Delhi against Reserve Bank of India for recent ban on banks to provide services to bitcoin related companies. Reserve Bank of India orders banks to stop providing services to Cryptocurrency related companies.
Now Indian bitcoin community think to fight for their rights, they said they have rights to operate freely in the country like any other industry. The latest show of defiance is a petition to the court against the actions of Reserve Bank of India. Indian Constitution Article 19 guarantees rights to the people of India to carry on any trade, occupation or business. But Reserve Bank of India preventing exchanges access to baking services and preventing people from doing business of their choice. Petitioner said that Reserve bank of India order is a violation of constitution and so court should stop it.
