For beginners, we recommend starting with a simple portfolio that facilitates transfers. These portfolios can be downloaded for free, but costs can be applied for currency exchanges when moving money to other accounts.
Coinbase: comes with a friendly portfolio that is directly linked to your exchange services and is easy to use, making it one of the most popular Bitcoin portfolios in the US. When you register, you get certain insurance on the Bitcoin you have saved and you can check online from any device the amount you have or make a change.

Mycelium: is a popular mobile wallet known for being compatible with the most advanced technology, such as hardware Trezor (for maximum security) and Tor.

Electrum: used primarily on desktop computers and provides an encryption key for your security. If you plan to store or have a large amount of Bitcoin online and you want one of the safest options, it's worth looking at this one.

Out of the ones @jmolinass839 mentioned, I'd say Coinbase.
Kind regards,

Hi,

I've found great exchange platform, CoinDeal. It has just started, so fees are lower and you can be part of the new community. Also, affiliate program works, so you can invite your friends and get part of their fees.

I can also recommend coindeal - I've started using it recently and I was surprised with how fast they replied to all my questions. I hear it's a new exchange but they are doing very good

I asked some questions about CoinDeal (as mentioned by lillipatty) on various forums and got mostly positive feedback.

Also talked with their support via livechat, they were nice and quite professional too.

I think it's best if you register (no need to put your money/crypto yet) and check it out yourself.

Hi! I`ve heard about this CoinDeal before. The creators give the users the voice to choose which currency will be implemented to the platform. Every two weeks during voting each user can use 5 votes and even suggest own preferred currency.

Better use one that operates worldwide and for a long time. Generally they are safer and more trusted, and offer more fiat pairs. As a few options you can check CEX.io, Gdax, Bittrex.

Bitcoin is primed for another “price explosion” that could see the cryptocurrency’s value soar to even greater levels than it experienced in 2017, according to analysts. The price predictions come amid significant gains across cryptocurrency markets in recent weeks that have seen bitcoin rise by more than a third in value to return above $9,000 for the first time since March. I would agree with this statement. As a newbie, a more reputable exchange is always the safer option. There are new exchanges popping up all the time and some might offer some sort of incentive to sign up. Without a solid track record, however, it's hard to gauge how secure it is. That said, all exchange sites will have their share of bad reviews, that's why it is prudent to purchase what you need to and immediately move it to a wallet afterwards.

Lightning network, simply explained!

Bitcoin moved the internet of things through its easy to use the platform and the accessibility of features it offers but its scalability is a big issue. It offers only 7 transactions per second and the transaction time differs according to the demand which does not make this as an optimum alternative to FIAT. Lightning network allows Bitcoin users to create a personal payment channel within the parties involved in the transactions. Through these channels or gateways, payments can be sent or received with minimal or no wait times.

I had stressful situation lately with support from Binance. Now I`m wondering if it`s good place to trade. I believed that support is essential for platform exchange.
