Maybe add something along the lines of "any other purchases: no transaction costs and instant" so people who see it don't just think you can only use btc for starbucks and amazon.What about keeping it real simpel:

I'd remove the background - it distracts and adds nothing to the message.
It is going in a magazine geared toward wealthy people who would be interested in obtaining citizenship by investment, or diversifying their assets into multiple political jurisdictions.what kind of magazine is it? that would make a difference too.
That is awesome! What's the time limit on this? I'm sure we will come to a consensus with what looks best for everyone.

It's my friend's magazine and he had two extra slots he said we can put our ads in for free.
One is going to Purse.io, the other is going to Bitcoin.com
Amazon, Starbucks - can you afford not to be involved in Bitcoin?Hi Everyone,
We are going to have a Bitcoin.com ad in a magazine. (Not Bitcoin related magazine)
We wanted to keep it simple but engaging so we thought the best idea to get peoples attention is to say how much they can save on Amazon and Starbucks.
We came up with the below ad but we certainly feel that there is some more room for improvements.
We would love to hear your feedbacks and ideas.

This is great, but there is much more space on the ad from what you provided, so I would certainly make the font a lot bigger if possible. Not overpowering but it's very small relative to the space that you have.Thanks everyone for your feedback.
Our aim is to stick to our style guide that we created. It will be available to download from our press page from tomorrow.
Thus we would like to use our current design assets.
Once we can provide you with that we would love to see your versions of the ad.
Until that we have a new ad and would love to hear your feedback on that as well.
