As a workaround you can go to Settings -> [Your Wallet] -> More options -> Wallet Service URL -> and then change from https://bws.bitcoin.com/bws/api to https://bws.bitpay.com/bws/api

Thanks for letting us know that the workaround mentioned above works for you! Please note that you will now be using BitPay's wallet backend so some Bitcoin.com specific features in future (and multisig wallets) will not work until the Walleet Service URL is changed back to Bitcoin.com's, but we will update here when the issues are resolved and it is okay to switch back.

The workaround also worked for me on mac. After adding the new BWS, everything was white. I restarted the app, and still there was netzworkerror.
Klick on the wallet and the on restore. Instantly my wallet was online and my missing bitcoins were on my wallet.

Hello myohe74, what type of error you get ?? Reccent wallet issues has nothing to do with phrase.

This is being looked into now.
I just deleted my Bitcoin.com wallet on my Android phone then reinstalled the app from play store, entered my seed and it restored my wallet fine with all funds available.

A couple of things i just want to check, please make sure that you enter the words in the correct order and only enter each word with a space in between.
I didn't enter password or anything after that just clicked on "import" and it worked fine.

I did that I was able to restore on this phone last week no problem this started yesterday when they were having problems. I don't even know what to do with I now. I know the phrase is correct

Roger, is there any case where one of these phrases has capital letters too? Does any wallet do that? Or is lowercase a Bitcoin standard?

I mean, it shouldn't really be difficult for the wallet to convert all letters to lowercase, ensure only single-spaces exist and trim whitespace from either end of the input. Maybe I'm missing something?

Please try the following:

- Completely uninstall and reinstall our wallet on your device.
- When entering your seed words, if you have the words "hammer" and "hamster" try switching them around when entering. Due to the grey-on-grey (for security reasons) of the wallet seed when presented these two words often get mixed up.
- Ensure that there are no capital letters or errant spaces between words, nor before the first and after the last

The wallet issues have now been resolved, and all Bitcoin balances should now be available. Restoring from seed issues have also been resolved for those entering their seed words correctly. One of our devs found a bug in BitPay's code which caused our backend to grind to a halt as our wallet is a fork of Copay, BitPay's open source wallet. He quickly placed a pull request on their Github and they eventually got it fixed about 2 hours ago. Apologies for any inconvenience caused as a result of the above BitPay bug.

Sorry, I'm not entirely sure what you mean by confirmation emails?

Please try the following:

- Uninstall and reinstall the wallet
- When you click the 'Restore from backup' option hit 'Show advanced options'
- Change the Wallet Service URL to https://bws.bitpay.com/bws/api
- Type your recovery phrase (making sure there are no upper-case letters or errant spaces) and then hit 'Import'

In this case if you have successfully restored your wallet from your seed words and there is no balance showing (and assuming you have an internet connection on your device) you have imported a seed which does not contain your Bitcoin addresses that currently hold funds.

To double-check that it is not simply an issue with our wallet please download the Copay wallet (made by BitPay) and import your seed into that wallet. If your funds appear then it is an issue with our wallet and we will look into this. If your funds do not appear then the seed you are using does not contain your Bitcoin addresses which currently hold funds.

the emails are from your credit card processor simplex saying that my purchase went through. i have tried everything this does nothing the seed or phrase is correct I have entered it made the changes I keep getting the same msg

i only have these seeds, and only using your App, also i have the emails from your website telling that already received my funds in my wallet at the time your app was Down, and now when i retrieve it you telling me this seeds does not have my funds??????????
