BTC or ETHEREUM? GPU or ASIC?

So i'm new into it. I am going to invest 10k $ in mining. I'm interested which one is more profitable BTC or ETEREUM and is it worth buing ASICs ? AND WHAT IS BEST HARDWARE IN THIS BUDGET Thanks everyne in advance!!!

In our time ETH and BTC gots crazy popularity so if u do not have enough money to invest into good GPU's , i would recommend buy a middle one, and focus on other altcoins
