Yup, it's really sad that Andreas has moved from a position of neutrality to one of overt support to a side that takes no questions on capability and fitness for purpose. He has demonstrated his exceptional abilities in being a true ambassador in the past. I have expectations that he will, in time, revert to his prior form. Just not going to happen for a while to come yet.

Andreas first comment in the reply is a lie - "what happened is your conspiracy theory is built on sand." This implies that the person asking the question is spreading false news that AXA is involved in Segwit, and therefore bitcoin.

Andreas then continues on to confirm that AXA is involved in Bitcoin, but that it's not a threat because Bitcoin is bigger than any one entity. This statement is followed by another contradiction, he states that Bitcoin Core can't control independent developers...which implies that an independent entity can control Bitcoin or that Bitcoin Core is powerless to the influence.

So, based on Andreas comments. AXA is making strides to inject itself in Bitcoin Core and Bitcoin Core is not able to control it or any other independent entity seeking to influence development.

What the fuck? Sorry, i meant that to read....what the fuck.

If he were serious he'd name who the "monopoly corporation" he believes is taking over Bitcoin Core.
