I have a wallet that is a watch only wallet?? I am unable to locate the private key to open this wallet to access the coins.. Any help would be greatfull. cheers

What is you wallet name?
Some Bitcoin wallets dont have a private key.

A watch only wallet is a bitcoin wallet without the corresponding private key, allowing the user to watch the wallet for outputs but not to spend them.
You must have set this up yourself from a previous wallet you have.

If that's not the kind of wallet that you wanted I suggest downloading another one. Copay is a good one.
