The main channel is #bitcoin, we also have #bitcoin-dev.

A great pity that the web client requires Flash. There are so many security problems with that software.

What do you recommend we use for the easy to connect web client?

We are using Kiwi chat as web client, there was some problems with the client on Saturday. I made some changes and it should work better now.
If anyone can recommend another client, I'm happy to try it out.

For the best IRC experience, I would recommend a standard IRC client like mIRC or Irssi. But we want to have a webchat to make it easy for people to join the chat quickly and easy.
