Sorry guys i would love to assign the hashes and get this started but adjustments have to be made as it seems some voters did not follow the rules set out in the OP:

Stop exaggerating, only 2 ruses have been changed and they were,
Members can vote for 5 threads instead of 3 and that the winner will be selected by block hash instead of staff vote to make the competition much fairer for all involved.
If we let the staff vote go ahead you would have much more to complain about.

About your 2 identical threads that was because 2 people nominated that particular thread.
If you notice this also happened with one of Decoded's threads.
It was only fair to list all threads nominated even if they were doubled up, that just shows the thread had a lot of popularity.

Key word is could. Not everyone used all their votes for threads. Many a time I saw a thread go up a vote or two, but no other thread did. Boy do you like jumping to conclusions quick.
