sorry with whom to contact? I write as written in the How do I remove 2 Factor Authentication if I lost my phone or yubikey?
If you want to remove two-factor authentication from an account you will need to provide us with the details to prove that you are the rightful owner of the account.

Please email the following information (if available) to pool@bitcoin.com:

Your bitcoin removal address, if set.
Details of any recent withdrawals from your Bitcoin.com Pool account.
Transaction IDs and / or bitcoin addresses are used for purchasing cloud mining contracts.
A signed message using a bitcoin.
After you provide us with the correct information, there will be a week.

If there is a successful login, we will not remove your 2FA.

If you can provide a signed message using the address you sent a payment. but since March, attempts are even. you can specifically write to me to contact?

Hi anatoly.shamin,

Is this regarding your Bitcoin.com mining pool account? 2FA is not applicable to the forum nor Bitcoin.com wallets.

I any event, was support staff able to assist you? Did you send an email to pool@bitcoin.com ?
