Charged, but no coin and no refund

I bought $9,997 of Bitcoin on Jan 16th with my credit card.

But I didn't get the bitcoin and It made this transaction finally approved, and credit card company will charge me.

Also, I have couple other transactions that I didn't get the coins.

I believe that it will be resolved but I don't have time to make up the money for the credit card.

Please cancel that transactions under my name as soon as possible.

Are you using a Bitcoin.com wallet?

Please check the Bitcoin (BTC) address that you used to receive your purchase from Simplex by searching the BTC address on explorer such as, though not limited to, https://blockchain.info/
