Bitcoin Games - a lot of confirms, no deposit Topic is solved

Hello. I have made a deposit to my account 26e050db02.
After several hours, the transaction has a lot of confirms, but there is still no deposit in my Games account.
To check the address, I have tried to send a SECOND little transfer to same address - 0.001 BTC and it immediately appeared on account.
I am not posting on bitcointalk, as I hope to solve the problem here.
Please help.

Yes, I have contacted support team. They say that there are some backend issues which now prevent them from looking up my account, but they work on it.
The amount was about 1k USD, so that's why I am a bit worried. Hope to have it all solved.
