Do you still trust Trezor after the whole "hacking" issue

Well, Trezor was not really hacked, but there was some theoretical exploit that they seem to have patched already. Here is more info about it: http://saleemrashid.com/2017/08/17/extracting-trezor-secrets-sram/ https://blog.trezor.io/fixing-physical-memory-access-issue-in-trezor-2b9b46bb4522?source=r...

With Trezors recent "problems" regarding the whole "hacking" issue I will just stick with Ledger. A password function would be nice though.

Re: How to get BCH

Do I understand correctly that if you have BTC at point of fork and even if you spend it afterwards you will always still be able to claim your BCH if you do have the private key?

God damn it, BCH seriously spiked check it out. Pretty awesome, but BTC is still holding above 4000$, do you think people aren't selling because they can't physically send their coins to an exchange?

Great, but is this just a concept or anyone is actually using it or planning to use it? Looks like Singapore might be interested in such tech.

Re: YouTube link

Problem with these videos is that they are way too reactionary. They just react to whatever happened and don't really give any useful input. They never predict big happenings or black swan events, just like news these channels are pretty useless.

Re: Hoping to help new Bitcoin users avoid scams...

Unfortunately, there are more scams in crypto than not, so carefully protect yourself in any scenario where money would change hands. One of the latest scams are ico coins and altcoins with high premine. Yeah, ICOs are the best scams because they can actually get away without being called an outrig...

Liked this show at the beginning, but it gives me too much of Jim Cramer's Mad Money vibe. Cryptos are already as mad as it gets, no need to accent it even more.

Re: Video: The Bitcoin Group #148 - Who Controls Bitcoin? - Vitalik is Not Dead - Mark Cuban Hypocrite?

I remember seeing one post on biz in regards to Vitaliks death. Then 2 hours later I opened biz again and now there were 5 posts. That is where it started. A good test for crypto is - if the leader dies, does it affect crypto price? If it does, then the tech needs more maturing. It should not.

If we fork ten more times it might start to feel a bit funny explaining to regular people how there are "only 21 million bitcoins". They will start retorting "yeah, but didn't BitcoinClassic, BitcoinCash, BitcoinVintage, BitcoinUASF, BitcoinBitcoin, BitcoinCoin, CoinBitcoin...fork off and pretty muc...

I don't care who he is, I agree with most of what he says.

Rumor is his company will launch a Wolfram 101 compiler for Bitcoin Cash.
Where did you hear that rumor? That will be so awesome if true!
Not confirmed yet. It is just that - a rumor.
