The Ethereum network has been the most active and innovative in 2019, so recommend ETH or TRON.

Yes obviously you can due to the fact that it's quicker and anonymous (no one can track where and when you spent something) but it also has global implications. I think Satoshi has done everything correctly. He, she, or a group of people led the project to the level, on which his/her engagement wasn’t necessary for the bitcoin further development. Thus Satoshi proved the true decentralized concept of bitcoin and avoided the possible pressure on his persona...

Localcoin has a lot options for people in Canada. They have a Visa debit card that I've used for a bit now and it's been a daily use for me. Definitely worth giving a look
