Rather than backing up a screen, you should be able to change from BCH to BTC on the enter amount screen if you tap/click to the side of it.

Are you using a Bitcoin.com wallet (or is it some other Bitcoin wallet?)

Please make sure you're sending from your BTC wallet if you want to sent BTC (Bitcoin Core). If you want to send BCH (Bitcoin Cash) please make sure you've selected BCH. The Bitcoin.com wallet supports both BCH and BTC ...
