I used the website as a form of payment and have no control now and my money is just gone. I guess i have to use app.

The crazy thing is there is no option like the screen shot. I just don’t see how I’ll be able to use again. There is still no way online for me to select cash on my iPhone.

Well that won’t be possible to contact the online transaction platform. I still want to figure out how I sent Bitcoin Cash (BCH) to the Bitcoin Address (BTC ). There was and still no option for me to change the BTC to BCH. how can I buy BTC without an error changing it to BCH?

I’ve done the same routine but after emailing simplex, they say the bitcoin cash was selected. However, i didn’t choose a BCH. There is actually no option for me to change BTC to BCH and I only changed from euro to usd.
