If you made a backup of your seed phrase or 12 word phrase, you can recover the wallet.

Yes, go to settings, show backup phrase and write it down. Keep it in a safe place. Now download electrum on PC or Mac from electrum.org and restore with the backup phrase, the 147 bitcoins should show up. You sent the coins to a segwit btc address which unfortunately is not possible to claim now. Did you hold bch before nov 15, you might be able to claim some bsv?

Whats the address you sent it to? is it a segwit or a legacy, that would determine if it is recoverable or not.

electrum uses a different set of rules for generating addresses from seed. just create a new wallet in bitcoin.com and send the coins from electrum tot he new wallet.

Apparently btc.com has a recovery service, if it was sent to a segwit address. you could do that by just filling their form and they would contact you for more information. I am still surprised bitcoin.com doesn't offer such service considering the amount of people that send bch to a segwit btc addr...

Go to your bitcoin.com wallet, go to bch and click receive. copy the address, now go to btc.com wallet, click send, paste the address and hit enter.
