Hello everyone,

I had this same error yesterday on my own wallet, it was there for most of the day but has gone now and i am able to use BTC again.
This was most likely a problem on our back end that has been fixed now.

If anyone still has this error please quote this post to let me know, thanks ...

i think it might be a node related issue but being pretty slow fixing it

Yep ditto. Very strange why it has just suddenly happened. Hopefully someone will have some more information by tomorrow!

Seems to be a bit slow on the help around here still waiting for a moderator to step in and tell us what we need to do to solve the issue whatever you do don't uninstall the ...

Yep logged on today and the bitcoin wallet just says "insight error" i've tried to google it and search on here with no due! Do you have any ideas?

I am as lost as you are mate not very happy got a fair few quids worth of coins locked in this wallet and lost £169 transfer today on top of it all ...

Some other threads are opened about it but looks like this is here solutions might be found :-)
Some of us are facing an "Insight Error" with no possibility to update transaction (OS X, IOS and Android bitcoin.com wallets).
Wallet was working correctly yesterday for some IN/OUT transactions ...

Right my wallet is all screwed up it is saying "unable to update wallet: insight error" i was receiving a payment which is confirmed but is not showing in my account balance at all and has vanished i can see it on bitcoin chain too can someone please tell me what is going on and how to sort this out
