indeed you did not understood what we mean at all.

We did purchase bitcoins for 100 EURO's on luno.com
When we received bitcoins on www.luno.com account, and we sent it on our bitcoin.com wallet.
Transaction seems like was going very suspiciously long time over two weeks,
until we decide to use ...

not able to see finances on bitcoin wallet, while it is there

We used service called Blockonomics which recognised finances on our bitcoin wallet after pasting the bitcoin wallet address, but "bitcoin.com wallet" do not see it, why?
We want to do a payment from our wallet and we are not able, because your wallet don't see finances there.
