Probably lost forever in limbo as it'll never be dropped from the blockchain and nobody will mine it. (this is the reason BTC will fail long term imo)
It is not lost. The BTC never left your wallet. You can "cancel" your unconfirmed transaction by performing a double spend with a higher fee.

I think it is telling you to send BTC to yourself. For example, if your BTC address is 1ab...cde, then send 0.0001 BTC to 1ab...cde (same address).

Have you tried restoring from seed words? In Electrum, go to File > New/Restore.

Did you look at the transaction history in your Coinbase account? Coinbase forces you pay the fee.
