Hello I purchased Bitcoins on 12/14/2017 and I have not received them in my wallet yet. Today is December 26 2017. It has been 12 days. The latest Simplex email says:

I bought Bitcoins on December 14th and I still have not received them in my Wallet. Has anyone gone so long before their Bitcoins came through?
