I just received my coins. I am not really thankful for the stress they made me suffer. Hope other friends receive their coins soon and lose stress.

I received mine too. Never using simplex again, it was such a stress. Hope other friends get their coins soon too.

Head of customer care: one day Julia one day Sarah... yeah yeah. Just cancel the orders and refund the money if your company is illiquid. It is very easy.

Simplex and Bitcoin.com scammed us together!

I have been CHEATED BY SIMPLEX AND BITCOIN.COM together. As far as i see a lot of people are in same pickle with me. Approved orders, money deducted from account. No coins delivered. All providers play the dead: simplex and bitcoin.com.

If these two companies not scammers but honest companies ...

I bought bitcoins through bitcoin.com with my credit card. It was approved fast but it has been already 1 day, I still did not receive my bitcoins. Contacted through email many times, always same answer and my last two email not answered!
