Simplex is ruining Bitcoin.com experience for first time visitors and buyerrs

I am a first time buyer at bitcoin.com
I bought about 250$ bitcoin and Simplex took too long to process my order then the BTC price went up and they declined my order due to the BTC price going up.
Now cause they put a order on my card the bank is with holding my money till they send a letter saying ...
