Nope.. no coins and absolutely no response from support@simplex yet other than their automatic response.
Losing faith with purchasing coins via Simplex now.. :\
If this doesn't get fixed, I will proceed with contacting my bank to claim it back with their legal resources, and warn people everywhere ...

Same here, for the record, its been approx. >36hrs (>1.5days) since my purchase of 0.0183 BTC (policy indicates the amount is locked from volatility once purchase/payment is confirmed) from Bitcoin.com via Simplex.

I'm facing this too right now, for the past 20 hrs or so.

Emailed wallet@bitcoin.com the following:

"I've been unable to access my wallet today, and the message "network error" kept popping up. I was directed to email you form the BitCoin.com forum.

Hi Cleopathra,

Strangely, an alternate wallet (which that unauthorised transaction did not appear) was able to transfer the full (correct amount of) BTC that I own into an alt coin successfully.

which I did not initiate?
The transaction has not yet been confirmed yet.
