its says upgrade before you can withdraw. i upgrade my account to $2.49. when i request payout the withdrawal it says "Failed to send your withdraw. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method" and the chatting are is always offline. DONT INVEST ITS 101 PERCENT "SCAM". GO TO HELL.
