I'm also getting this error message when I try this. Were you able to find a solution?
Nope. I got a message from the tech guy. He said that he'd already reported my issue to dev team. I'll be notified when there is a reply. 6 days hass passed, no reply, though. I don't think I can get my money ...

Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash are two entirely separate cryptocurrencies and they operate on two entirely separate blockchains. I made a mistake on transferring bitcoin cash to a bitcoin wallet. I mistakenly sent it to the wrong wallet. I should have sent the bitcoin cash to a bitcoin cash wallet

Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?
