Hi Fremont

i made a wallet in blockchain.info, and am able only to "watch only" the funds, cant use them. moreover, in my bitcoin.com wallet nothing has been recovered.

Please advise how do i proceed.

Thank you for the reply. i followed the instructions, unfortunately no coins in the wallet. (the new BTC recovery one)

i also checked the addresses and seems that the address of the BCC account where it was sent does not appear there.

i did also clear cache but it didn't help as well ...

my wallet home page, saying BCC. how do i change it to BTC?

maybe this is the reason that i cant see my coins??

The funds are STILL not in my wallet!!!

Have you followed the instructions provided in my previous post and confirmed that the funds were received at the relevant address, and if they were not, have you contacted Simplex support as advised?

I DIDNT GET THE FUNDS IN MY WALLET, CHECKED THE ADDRESS AND EVERYTHING IS CORRECT, STILL I DONT SEE THE BTC COINS IN MY ACCOUNT.

MY ACCOUNT IS WITH BITCOIN.COM.

PLEASE ADVISE, I REALLY NEED THIS FUNDS.
