Can someone please just answer my original question? Is your Bitcoin buying service down potentially for longer than 24 hours? At the moment it says that your purchasing server is down 'for maintenance' and to come back in 24 hours. Can you please let me know what is going on

Hello, your answer is not helpful to me - I spent FOUR HOURS last week going through your bitcoin partner , Simplex's, registration process in order to buy some Bitcoin. Are you now telling me that I wasted my time doing that and now I have to go through all that again with another website/exchange ...
