Bitcoin cash missing from Bitcoin Wallet

I transferred BCC from CoinSpot to my Bitcoin wallet but It hasn't shown up :( . The transaction was completed in CoinSpot and the funds deducted.
The Bitcoin wallet doesn't appear to be capable of receiving BCC;only BTC or bits?? Not sure if this is the issue
How can I retrieve the BCC please?
