Do you mean you got bitcoin by accident or mistake? Or did you complete transaction on the wrong address?

Firstly, you need to get an independent wallet such as Blockchain.info or GreenAddress.it (online wallets), or something like Exodus. So when you get your Bitcoin address on the wallet initiate transaction at your cloud mining account to your wallet's address. Double check if it's right before ...
