change url to bitpay?? i tried that and same issue... i saw a person had same as my problem in abow link u sent , and u offer to him to pm his seed and u contacted with your dev and solved his problem! can you fix my problem too as him?

yes i had that problem(update network error) about 5 days ago and sent email to wallet support but no answer... then i decide to remove app and reinstall app to solve problem... but i fall in bigger problem and cant restore my wallet!! my recovery phrase is completely true and i tested that once ...

All emails to wallet@bitcoin.com get answered on a regular basis. Have you tried using the workaround noted in the post below?
