Yes this does seem to be the transaction. Although the account it was sent to it is stating the funds are there as an unconfirmed balance. So would this not lead you to believe that it has made it's way to the intended account. Is it possible that anybody could have intercepted it??

It's saying it's unconfirmed funds to the account I sent it to. They are waiting on the approval of bitcoin for the balance to become available
